This procedure mainly adds girth. Length gains are modest and mostly visible when flaccid.

How it works
FDA-approved dermal fillers are injected just under the skin along the shaft. The added volume is visible right away: most men see a noticeably thicker shaft, flaccid and erect. Mild swelling settles over the first days. Results are long-lasting, a touch-up keeps them going, and the filler can be reversed if you ever change your mind.
A 6 cc treatment adds up to about ½ inch of girth, and up to ¼ inch of flaccid length. Results depend on your starting size, and more volume can be added. Dr. Fischer will tell you what's realistic for you.
Surgical enlargement means incisions, general anesthesia, weeks of recovery, and sometimes a second operation. Filler enlargement is a 30–40-minute office visit: no incisions, no general anesthesia, and you go home the same day. If you ever change your mind, the filler can be dissolved.

Your physician
A naturopathic medical doctor in Scottsdale whose practice includes dermal filler procedures, regenerative medicine and men's health. He combines modern medical science with European naturopathic principles.
Dr. Fischer was born in Vienna, Austria. After graduating from the University of Vienna, he began his career as a medical journalist. His passion for medicine and naturopathy then brought him to Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Arizona. He also completed extensive additional training in Austria, where he learned to bring the heritage of European naturopathy into everyday practice.
In Scottsdale he founded Integrative Medical Clinic & Therapies. He also teaches pharmacology and Western botanical medicine at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture.
He works with a wide range of natural and conventional options. With extensive experience across these options and following the European tradition, he chooses the methods that suit each person best.
